Amidst this sizzling summer we've been working hard to serve you up a real fun tune straight from the Big F's heart. This month's track "Won't You", featuring our insanely talented friend Terence Wendenburg on the drums, is about The KEE to Bala. Growing up in REDACTED Ontario, a young Big F saw many shows at the KEE, all of which greatly inspiring this tune.

Given the background story of this song, the Animal has whipped a finger lickin' recipe for y'all to try!

ZZ Top - (Chicken) Legs
(Southern Fried Buttermilk Wings):
4 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp ground black pepper
4 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp dried oregano
1½ tsp ancho chili pepper
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
Kosher salt
2 lbs chicken wings
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
4 cups vegetable/canola/peanut oil
Method:
Mix all spices together. Reserve 4 tbsp of spice mix.
Mix buttermilk, salt, eggs and the 4 tbsp reserved spice. Marinate the wings in the liquid mixture for 12-24 hours.
Preheat oil to 375°F.
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and remaining spices. Dredge the wings in the dry mix and carefully fry for 5-6 mins.
