Are you amped up? Cause we sure as hell are! We're throwing our fists up in the air to show the world our love and determination for what we do. We're feeling extra rowdy tonight as we show off our fighting spirit in this month's release, "Fisticuffs". Time to give em Hell, boys!

Eye of The Pineapple - Jerkvivor
(Pineapple Jerk Wings)

1½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp all spice
½ tsp red chili flakes
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon

750 mL pineapple juice

1. Marinate wings in 500 mL pineapple juice for 1 hour.

2. Preheat oven to 450°F.

3. Pluck wings out of the juice and place into mixing bowl. Coat with spice mixture and place on baking sheet.

4. Bake for 15 mins and rotate wings. Brush leftover pineapple juice on wings and place back in oven. Continue cooking for 15-20 mins. Enjoy!
